Driver’s Daily Inspection and Condition Report is available in 2 part NCR (white and yellow sets) and 3 part NCR (white, yellow, and pink sets). It is printed black one side, finish size is 8.5” x 11” with a tear-out size of 8.5” x 10.5”, and can be booked in sets of 50 with wraparound covers. We add your company contact information and if you send us your logo we will add it in grayscale, too.
Carriers are required to have its drivers inspect and report on the condition of the vehicle and if necessary take it out of service for serious malfunctions. One Stop Printers has a nice selection of these reports and make it easy to change if you have a unique requirement. All changes are FREE.
